What he is saying is that if you know that what you are about to do is right and you know it then don’t do the wrong and not do it there might not be another chance to do what is right. For example: if there is a lady who dropped her wallet and you see it and grab it, don’t keep the money and her wallet, give the poor lady her wallet back.
