What Alex is saying is that you have do always do the right thing don’t go do stuff you want just because you feel like it, think about what you are doing before you actually do it. If you are doing your homework and watching the TV but you can’t concentrate on both, choose the right and do your homework instead. Don’t choose the wrong and watch TV because the homework is more important than TV.
